The club announces the membership rates for season 2019/20

Next season’s annual subscriptions and payment options are as follows:

Full membership

  • £150
  • Due 21 September 2019.
  • No pay, no play after that!

Under 25s*/Full-time student/Unwaged (as at 21st September 2019) membership

  • £97
  • Due 21 September 2019.
  • No pay, no play after that!

* Under 25 means aged 24 or less on 21 September 2019

How to Pay…..
This year we will be collecting annual subscriptions in the form of donations via the wonderful.org site. The link to our donation area is:

If you scroll down to the “Donate now” button it will take you through to the page to set up your payment. Please do not make your donation anonymous and ideally share your email address with us.  If you donate anonymously we won’t be able to see that you paid and will need to chase you for bank statement screenshots!

Please Gift Aid your payment if you are a UK taxpayer as the Polytechnic is a registered charity and this boosts your donation (subscription) by 25% at no cost to you. If you are a non-taxpayer, the donation can be made by a relative eg. a parent or partner who is a taxpayer and they can Gift Aid the donation. In this case you will need to let us know who has donated on your behalf. In order for the gift aid to be collected, you need to answer the questions on the Gift Aid page as shown below.

Please note the following Club Charter which applies to all players:

  • The general principle is that all Polytechnic players are available for selection by any team manager. You are a club player first and a team player second. All players will be given an equal opportunity to play at the highest level.
  • Membership of the Club is through Annual subscriptions to which all Players must subscribe.  This is to be paid by the date published above. After that period the subscription will increase by £10. In addition no Manager will be able to field a player unless their subscription has been paid in full.  That stated the Club welcomes our new, existing, and past members to enjoy the club’s facilities through annual subscriptions and match fees but there will be times when you will encouraged to help support our fundraising activities so as to maintain if not improve these facilities  by way for example selling raffle tickets, and/or participating in raffles.
  • Finally regardless of our club members playing ability and as a result the team you may be currently selected to play for you will be encouraged to join in our club bonding events such as staying on for complimentary post match meals, premier league match evenings (Saturdays only potentially at this point), Club quiz nights and other offsite team bonding events planned by some or all of the  Clubs team managers.
